Every action starts as a proposal, sitting there until you say yes. Nothing is sent, booked, moved or spent on your behalf without a decision from you first. The software can act; it waits anyway.

Everything undoes.
No action is final. If a proposal was approved and turns out wrong, it reverses, along with anything downstream of it. Trusting software with real work means being able to take the work back.

Every number traces to source.
Anything it tells you can be followed back to where it came from: the calendar entry, the email, the invoice, the message. No figure appears without a trail, and no claim is made that you cannot check.
Why it matters
Most software that acts for you asks permission once, at install, and then does what it likes. That is a reasonable trade for a spam filter. It is not a reasonable trade for your calendar, your inbox, your money or your commitments to other people.
The interesting problem is not making software capable enough to act. It is making software that is capable and still defers. Every product we build is an answer to that, and the three commitments above are how we keep ourselves honest about it.
